Blue Santa Application

Our Blue Santa distribution will take place on December 12, 2026. If you are unable to attend on the distribution date, a representative will contact you to schedule an alternate date and time. Please ensure the email address and phone number provided on your application are valid.

Please note the following guidelines:

• Age Limit: Only children up to age 12 are eligible for the program, with no exceptions.
• Pickup Identification: You must present your ID and application number to pick up gifts.
• Designated Alternates: If an alternate person is picking up gifts on your behalf, their name must match the designated alternate name listed on the application. They must present their ID and be able to verify all children’s names and ages.

Please follow all pickup instructions carefully, as gifts will not be released without proper verification.
