On July 18, 2024, Blue Cares teamed up with Coldwell Banker and D’Ann Harper, Realtors to host its annual Stuff The Bus School Supply Drive. Held at the Tuscany Center parking lot, the family-friendly event brought the community together to collect classroom essentials, all in support of helping students across San Antonio start the new school year feeling prepared, confident, and cared for.
Community members stopped by to donate school supplies, enjoy BBQ from Billy Hannah’s, and cool off with snow cones from Frosty Brothers. Guests also took photos with San Antonio Police Officers and a fully stuffed school bus. For those who couldn’t attend, online donations were accepted via QR code.
Blue Cares continues to prioritize community outreach by partnering with local businesses and organizations to provide vital resources to families in need.
